    You can use in parallel bus a regular delay (100% wet 0% dry) + any reverb (100% wet 0% dry) to make reverb tail pre-delay with tempo sync.

    There is a delay timing feature in logic too if you don't have internet access to use music calculator

    click the dropdown arrow on the "region" menu
    click the "more" tab
    and click the "delay" tab
